Tastes

Sweet grain notes up front, caramel and maybe dark red apples. A little pepper and some heavy barrel tannins.

Nose is vanilla. Cherry and black liqurice. Very sweet on the nose. The palate is peppery up front. Strong vanilla with anise and dark cherry or plums. Some oaky char on the exhale with more vanilla and molasses.

Slight pepper. Sweet up front. A kind Carmel butterscotch sweet. Green apple. With a little leather chair that has been in a smoking room like a pipe tobacco smell saturated broken in leather lounge chair.
