First pour off the neck, so it may not be a fair assessment. It’s is a deep, rich color like the 1910. There is a lot of flavor on the front like pecan pie, dried apples, vanilla (someone called out banana and I can get that). You only get it briefly and the heat takes over, punches you in the face, and hangs there. I’m hoping this relaxes off the neck. If it does and those flavors come through it will be excellent.

Cinnamon, faint hints, of apple and charred corn, more sweet than savory. Long finish but feels a little thin and sweet. Solid young Wheated Bourbon, I wouldn’t call it an exceptional value. Worth a try though.

High rye, decent heat, very sweet especially in the finish

Oak, vanilla, caramel, dry spicy finish
