Nice tasting bourbon that had a primary nose of chocolate to me and then forward with cherries once it hits your mouth. I like the story of the distillery and I’ll definitely keep an eye out for future releases of theirs as they get older. However, for this price point I wouldn’t buy another bottle.

After a few other drinks this has a cotton candy flavor. Easy drinking

Store pick from Off Premise. This is just a friggin excellent pour. A great mix of spicy and sweet with just the right amount of bite

Pleasantly surprised. Had at a sample tasting at Binny’s and liked it a lot. 60% corn mashbill but still has a strong rye presence. Too expensive for an everyday drinker, but was a good bottle (and a good looking one at that) for the price

Butterscotch all the way, and not in an overpowering way. Would buy a bottle for sure

Like other BTAC I’ve had, this is incredible. A nice lingering, sweet, burn

The nose made me expect a sweeter taste. The taste itself ended up presenting itself as almost smokey to me (which I’d otherwise like if I was drinking scotch or mezcal). Was willing to pay for the price I got it to try, but wouldn’t buy again at the normal price
