Nose is sweet creamy vanilla. Body is rich and sweet, with a transition to sharp and oaky. Delightful finish lingers.

Nose is super sweet and maple syrupy. Drinks smooth for 120 proof and finishes with a spicy light oak, apple and baking spices.

Sweet nose, good complexity of spices and slight heat on the finish. Very drinkable.

Woodmans Food Market 2020 21% Rye. 1-E4-0295. 52%Abv. Vanilla maple and just a little blueberry at the finish. Finish lingers a little long for my tastes. Quite hot, leaves back palette a little numb.

Nose of caramel. Sweetness of caramel and vanilla transitions to a dryer and pleasantly spicy finish.

Carmel and brown sugar sweetness, spicy heat like a red hot. Not as smooth as I was expecting for the hype.

Medium body, slightly sweet, very smooth. Solid pour!
