Blantons but at a much better proof at 103 as you get full flavor. Also i think they pick honey barrels for the gold as i get traditional Citrus / Caramel like in typical Blanton’s but also some extra sweet honey on the palette before fading into some herbal spice. Great pour and my personal favorite version Blantons.

Perfect balance in a whisky, pick up some initial ethanol, followed by sweet cherries on the nose. Drinks smooth as I get a cherry cola up front with a slight maple sugar which turns to a cinnamon candy. The finish has just enough heat to remind you of the 107 proof and leaves a spicy/floral taste on the tongue. This is a complex and great tasting bourbon for the price. Definitely a top 5 for me.
