Tasting Notes
"The nose and palate have a unique aroma and flavor of freshly baked sweet cornbread—think cooked cornmeal, butter, and maple syrup, slightly yeasty. Further sniffs and tastes reveal the "cornbread" is slathered in berry jam, with notes of cinnamon, pinecone, and allspice. A vanilla marshmallow-like sweetness carries the finish, along with more of that roasted cornmeal-yeasty element and toasted oak. "
