    Chameleon whisky, flavors change dramatically based on what you last are. The peat and citrus are consistent, but many other flavors appear contextually. Always good.

    Uniquely Irish. Shortbread cookie, hints of gingerbread and grapes, short to medium finish. Pretty damn good and very easy drinking. Fairly oily

    The whisky that got me into islay. A great bridge between the highlands and islay, a great way to train your palate while still being very drinkable. Hints of smoke, butterscotch, very fruity finish with hints of rich vanilla

    Far more drinkable than other islay whiskys while still bringing the intensity of a bonfire by the ocean. Light saltiness, hints of fruit, no decomposing fungal notes and doesn't coat the mouth like you've just swished with oil. My favorite whisky
