A very slight sweet beginning. A little more burn then the double oaked and definitely not as complex. It’s more of a single note vs the ensemble of the oaked.

A little burn but easily approachable. There are some complex flavors from first to finish. Good oak finish with some nutty flavors through the middle.

It’s a better then average gin. Strong floral flavor that lasts and smooth. Having said that, it’s not one I’d go to for most mixers.
