Tasting Notes
"The botanicals are warm and spicy, but harmonize well together so it isn't too chamomile, ginger, cardamom, citrus or licorice-forward, though those flavors are present. This is a very good gin for GnTs with citrus (or even a gin and soda), or savory cocktails like a Gibson or Bloody Mary, and would be best in a white Negroni rather than a traditional one. It might be a tad heavy to please most standard Martini purists looking for a crisper, juniper-foward style. This is certainly a full-bodied gin, but a balanced one. "
