Tastes

Nose is oak, vanilla, caramel, hint of raisins. Oak, cherry, honey, sawdust, and dry roasted peanuts taste. Palate disperses quickly with nut shells and vanilla.

Nose is high alcohol punch, vanilla and caramel like a cow tail candy, maybe a little lawn clippings. Taste is a punch in the face toasted caramel, buttery, figs, walnuts. Palate is tingling buttery and oily little bit of caramel and walnut remain on a long palate.

Dried plum and hazelnut with a light rye spiciness on the nose. Brown sugar, dried fruit, cinnamon, citrus, hazelnut taste. Pecan and plum linger on a medium palate.

Nose: peanut brittle Taste: honeysuckle, fig and cheerios Light on the palette, disperses quickly. Slight sweetness left behind.

Nose: Marshmallows, light rye spice, a little nuttiness maybe pecans Taste: very sweet and sugary dark chocolate, rye spice, cherries and cashews Palate: long lasting roasted marshmallows

Nose: molasses and cherries Taste: honey, cherries flambè, oak Palette: woodiness and slight spice.

Nose: brown sugar, raisins, dried fruit, orange peel Taste: honey, almonds, cinnamon stick, apple pie, citrus Palette: cinnamon hangs around with a little bit of sweetness.

Brown sugar, pecans and cherries on the nose. Very light taste, mild honey sweetness, nutty bitterness. Sweetness lingers but quickly dissipates.

Brown sugar, dates and graham crackers on the nose. Honey, raisins, and a bitter walnut taste. A little nutty bitterness and a caramel flavor remain on the palate.

Brown sugar and port port port cherries and leather. Cherry and pear brandy at the beginning and a little licorice at the end of the taste. A little port and licorice stick around on the palette but quick to dissipate.
