This is punch in the face, but with a peat filled smokey glove. As a lover of peated whisky this one holds the record. Caramel and timber notes at the front, with a very light salt but big earthy bold notes at the backend. My only suggestion is have with those who appreciate peated whiskys and leave for special occasions, this is something unique and beautiful in its own right.

Surprisingly fruity. Unlike scotch this has a warmth in the chest rather than the belly. Dried apricot & pear on the nose. Pepper and slight wood on the palate, would be best paired with fresh seafood or white meat. As predominantly scotch whisky drinkers we found this Surprisingly refreshing
