Sweet and a small bit of spice. No finish to speak of. This one will be used in Kentucky Mules and shared with friends to ease them into Bourbon.

Nose- I get a musty scent that is off putting Palate - it’s light fruity and a bit of green tea Finish - decent with a little spice. It’s a decent bourbon but I don’t think I’ll buy it again

This one packs a punch. Once my palate adjusted to this rye I started enjoying it. Dark chocolate. I mean the kind my wife likes that makes my mouth pucker. Charred cinnamon and pepper is what I get. It’s different than the typical Ryes I’ve had but still good. One ice cube helped soften it a bit.

So I really like this whiskey! It’s like cinnamon toast. You can toast the toasted bread, sugar, and cinnamon. Nice finish. Nothing great but still a little there. I really like it.

Brown sugar and cinnamon on the nose. Sweet spice o the palate. Nice burn and finish.

Not high proof but I really like it. I get unsweetened tea and a light finish. Very easy drinking.

This is so good. It has a bite but smooth at the same time. I get caramel, butterscotch and a bit of cherry. Long finish. One of my favorites!
