This is a really nice gin. It doesn’t burn or anything, and although it’s not very juniper-forward, it remains very light and crisp. The finish is anise. But in a good way that makes me want to take another sip and identify more ingredients.

It burns less than the sherry cask, and it’s suuuuper dry on the palate. Tastes like dry stuff like wood and corn dust and cocoa. Honestly it smells awful though. Not a fan. Would not purchase.

It’s very hot. The alcohol burn definitely lets you know that whiskey isn’t their strong suit. Beyond that, this is pretty much exactly what I was looking for. The finish is pretty much all burn, but the palate is spicy and dark fruits. Merry Christmas!

It’s got a bit a cinnamon on the palate and the nose. That’s nice. Very sweet and wheaty. I like it. It’s not like rye like baking spices, it’s like red hots (but just barely).

It’s definitely Canadian. Astringent finish. It’s round on the palate a and I can’t identify the nose. It’s extra oaky too.

It’s apples and cotton candy and it’s grassy like scotch

Smells like brown sugar, tastes like sweet water, and honey on the finish. This shit is rock solid. I will forever drink this when I don’t want a complex drink, or I when don’t want to pay for one.

Irish smelling... like straight up Jameson. Tastes super light. Like low abv. Very sweet, and slightly bready.

I’m getting a stronger alcohol burn, and a much sweeter taste tonight. It kinda ends on a minty note too. The nose is sweet and I don’t know what it is. Vanilla+butterscotch? Goes nicely with goldfish.
