Tastes

I thought it was good, classic Irish: light, buttery, delicious. Not sure I would pay all of that though.

It’s really quite smoky, but not in a peat way, in an American bonfire kind of way. I wouldn’t buy a bottle but I’m having a good time

It tastes like peach this is awesome

This was good but probably 95% because it was a free glass of scotch poured out of an 80 dollar bottle. Best scotch I ever had though. Bourbon caramel flavor but not sweet like bourbon, it had that malty grassy undertone that all scotch has.

I don’t know if it’s a 92 but it’s good man I’m feeling it. It’s very sweet and it has a strong corn flavor, but not as strong as I hoped. Definitely does smell like bananas Foster, but I never would’ve said that without seeing it. There’s a definite hay grassy note too.

I get the appeal, but it’s not for me. Smells like smoke and tastes like smoke and barbecued meat but also some sweetness like honey

Awwww makers all grown up. Smells oakier than normal. The palate is more tannic but still has that bright green apple shining through. Actually, now that I read it, I am getting cocoa powder dusted nuts

I’m a fan of this. It’s no wild turkey 101 but I’m glad I picked it up. It’s a little harsh on the alcohol burn, but it has nice bourbon-y flavor. There’s an orange flavor and nose with some oaky notes on the finish. There’s also something sweet to the smell that I can’t place.
