lot of burn but slightly sweet? floral taste in my opinion. good value for mixed drinks if that profile works for them, but too potent in the wrong way for a martini

decent but not worth the price when I can get "decent" for $20/handle. I love Islay scotches so I was excited to try, but I don't get the same feeling for the terroir as with scotch. It is probably better mixed, but again, if I'm going to mix, I'll do it with a cheaper bottle.

loving the citrus lightness of this. I don't know how it would work with my traditional dirty martini, but it's great on its own and should be good cut with soda too
