Rye — Kentucky, USATastedBig nose, tulips and other floral notes...a bit on the oily side. Pops with a lot of medicinal licorice, finishes rather quick.

Peated Single Malt — Islands, ScotlandTastedLight pleasant nose, reminds me of baked bread. Continues on the palate with a little mint and pepper, and a firm but not overly pushy finish.
Paul John Bold
Peated Single Malt — IndiaTastedNice aroma on the open and throughout. Spice, smoke and pineapple notes. Long satisfying finish but not too overpowering.
Bourbon — Illinois, USATastedNose is nice but a bit fleeting. Smooth start with a tart finish, maybe a bit of green apple. Not bad, but not memorable.
