Tastes

Peaty, citrusy, orange? nose. Smells like a scotch. A little spice, cinnamon, sugar. Pleasant.

Initially the nose was citrusy. Almost like a rye. As it aired I got pancake syrup, Herbs. Taste is spicy, sharp, herbal, high alcohol flavor. Cinnamon-like burn on the tongue. Some sweetness. Oily pallet.
