Tastes

Oily and umami-driven with some peanuts and char. Had high expectations and was disappointed, unfortunately.

Mild and sweet caramel wheat. Somewhat watery. Red berrys at the finish. Crushable.

Peanut oil and boozy pepper.

Bought the wrong bottle as I was looking for the regular bourbon. Gotta do the best of it, thought. Smells like sweet & sour sauce with white wine and chocolate sauce. Nails polish as well. Very tobacco, leather and umamy forward. Peppery finish. Wasn't as bad I remembered it to be. Works very well in a Whiskey & Coke

Sweet caramel and vanilla on the nose. Sweet oak and dandelions. Some weird flat cola and nutmeg on the back end. Significant milder than the Rebel 100

Aroma of wine barrels and sweet wheat. Nail polish at the back. Taste has a bit of funk and hay on top of more of the nail polish. Strawberry jam at the end.

More caramel and brown sugar on the nose than black label. Flavour is also way more sweet. More alcohol bite, but still surprisingly crushable. Chocolate barrel. Lingering brown sugar. Solid.

Smells oily and peppery up front. Somewhat spicy with cloves, vanilla and sweet white sugar. Oily finish

Aroma of slight nail polish, cereal and vinous green grapes. Mild and light taste up front with some more of that cereal vinous stuff. Hint of butter and cocoa from the barrels. Tapers off pretty quick. Used to be my go-to back in the days.
