Tasting Notes
"The aroma is soft and leans sweet with vanilla cream and maple, but there's also some green grain notes coming through as well as some fumy scents. It's plush and slick on the palate followed by some prickly barrel spices. A bit hollow in the mid-palate and flavors overall lean bittersweet. Not a sipper, but fine to mix in a simple bourbon & ginger ale or cola."
