Tastes

Quite unique for an Irish whiskey. Sweet lemon and cinnamon nose. Fruity with only a hint of the usual vanilla. Toffee and biscuit taste. Malty with some spice. Similar overall to a Japanese. Delicate but an easy drink.

Quite bold. Charred wood with spices and ginger. Sweet undertones with usual vanilla. Smooth and nutty. Well balanced but a tad harsh. Lingering finish.

Peaty and chared wood nose. Some rum sweetness. A good amount of smokiness. Caramel and pepper undertones. Smoke prevalent but not overpowering. Sweet and orange notes balance it well.

Not much to this whiskey. It tastes more like just plain whiskey. Rather than any flavour standing out. Some sweet carmamel notes. With some citrus and malt taste. It's fine. Get what you pay for.

A sweet and caramely nose. Toffee and butterscotch too. Very sweet taste too. Caramel definitely dominates. Some oily and smoky tones. Dried cake notes too. Incredibly sweet but short finish. Cheap and tastes it.

Incredibly floral and fruity. Strong sherry notes. Quite a bit of spice, which lingers. Vanilla and campfire undertones. Long finish but rather gentle and sweet. Easy and tasty, but not overly complex. Would be a great starter whiskey for someone.

Dried fruit or fruitcake aroma. Vanilla and earthy notes Taste of fruitcake dominates too. Almonds and raisins follow. Sweet with a lingering light tartness. Easy drink. Nothing too special.

A sweet and smoky nose. Lot of vanilla. Tastes of a tart cake of sorts. Nutmeg and cinnamon with orange zest. A warm spice to it. Nice drink for a winter's night.

Warm winter spice. Some citrus and very light pepper. Very full taste. Smoky and mild spice. With some light vanilla and toffee. An easy drink with a lingering taste. Not the most challenging though.

Not the strongest nose. Small fruity aroma. Taste is soft and very sweet. Butter, vanilla, lemon notes. Some light pepper too. Some incredibly mild smokiness. Easy drink but incredibly uncomplicated. One for beginners or cocktails more so.
