Tastes

I first picked this up to introduce a friend into the world of whiskey. Most of what he has tried was too sweet for him. I knew I liked Knob Creek and when I saw the rye, I picked it up on a whim. This was my first rye but it turned out to be a pretty good fit for my friend. Lots of spicy, rye character and not too sweet!
