Scents of toffee, hazlenut, and oak. Very warm and pleasent. Wanted to keep coming back to smell. Taste notes of vanilla, fruit and dark caramel. Finish is relativley smooth with a bit of spice.

Scents of maple syrup and chocolate over and over. Very pleasent on the nose. Tastes of fruit, subtle cherry, light spice from the rye bias. Very smooth finish that stays with you for a bit.

Scents of vanilla, maple, and chocolate. Aromas grow and expand with each smell. Tastes smooth and rich.

Scent notes of caramel and spice, straight forward without change over several takes. Taste notes of pear and spice. Low proof makes it a relatively smooth sip.

Scents of brown butter, nuts, and green apple. Taste is grain heavy and straight forward. Of the scent notes, only green apple makes it to the tongue. Quite smooth for a 100 proof bourbon.
