Quite decent but I don't think it would justify the £45RRP price tag it seems to have. Pretty smooth, nice little hint of cognac on the finish.

Just working my way through the cheaper bourbon available in the UK and this is another good un. Prefer it to the BT, it's quite dry, not too burny, not elaborate, just a solid drinker. Pairs well with this Rose City Band lp

I've had this bottle for years now and not finished it, which tells the tale. It's just a bit harsh and heavy handed, needs an ice cube to take the edge off. Not awful. Just not great.

Not sure I know a good gin from a bad at this point but this has plenty going on.

Smooth, not too sweet, and it being aged in ex whiskey casks makes a lot of sense from how it tastes. Probably a good rum for whiskey heads to start with. Little bit of ice takes the edge off the burn

A good solid cheaper bourbon, think I prefer the Evan Williams black label to this though, the BT has a harsher burn. Can't complain at £18 from Tesco though

Not had a bottle of bourbon in a while and got this as a birthday present. Good stuff, on a par with Makers I reckon. Makes me feel like I'm in a Vlautin novel.
