Great bourbon for the price!

Peaty/smoky goodness!

Closer to the “meh” end of the spectrum. May just be a victim of brand hype and unrealistic expectations. Looking forward to the SB and SiB versions to save the day for the Four Roses brand.

Currently spending time with this bottle. Hovering between 2.5 @ solid 3 🌟 for me. Good value. Got mine for less than $20 @ Total Wine in SoCal. May revisit with an update later when bottle = empty.

For me this was definitely a “gentle dram”. Easy drinking despite the relatively higher ABV. Great intro whiskey for beginners!

3.5 stars for me for the value and taste. Probably doesn’t get any much better from a price to value ratio. Great intro Bourbon!
