A rich, High Rye Bourbon by IJW Whiskey crafted with a blend of Kentucky Boubons aged for a minimum of 4 years in toasted & charred American oak barrels before being bottled at 45% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, wood & spices; while a rich life adds notes of notes of toasted rye crackers & caramel; that led to a burnt caramel death of medium length.
