The resulting juice is fermented & twice distilled into the famous “low Wine”. It has a tangy birth with floral notes; while a clean life is strong & off-dry adding notes of fruit, elderberry & apple; that leads to a long & tart death that goes from wet to dry with notes of elderflower, grapefruit & a hint of tannins.
