Tastes like a hotter, less balanced version of standard Maker’s. I really like the cask strength but did not care for this one.

Very good pour. Aromas of cherry pie, vanilla, baking spices, crème brulee, and just enough ethanol to remind you what you’re drinking. Palate is spicy at first but it fades nicely and integrates into flavors that closely follow the nose along with sweet fruit and a touch of herbal bitterness. Finish is medium to long with spice and bright fruit being dominant. Badass!
