Plantation Xaymaca Special Dry
Gold Rum — Jamaica
Reviewed October 17, 2022 (edited November 4, 2022)Amber colour The nose is abit funky with a smell of raw meat. There is also caramel banana and pineapple. The palette consists of Banana, coconut, caramel, smoke and salt. Medium body, bone dry and austere with medium length. The funk wears off after ten to fifteen minutes in the glass. Some drop's of water enhanced the smokeyness and salinity. It was really lovely with a wedge of orange too.
