Disclaimer; I’ve had my nose broken. On the nose i get a very slight sweet/honey note I also get a wee peaty scent as well. And finally I do sense a little apple (not sure which kind). I do get a honey/sweet taste up front. A slight peppery finish. And maybe a touch of peat. A short to medium length finish.73.75 CAD per BottleSAQ Sélection

Disclaimer, I’ve had my nose broken. I did not get a grass smell. However, I did get a sweet, possibly waxy smell. First taste, was semi sweet, a slight hint of cinnamon and yes, a bitter finish. Added water for the second taste. The sweetness was heightened, but so was the alcohol taste. The honey flavour was nice, and the cinnamon was more present. The bitter finish was lessened. 20.0 CAD per BottleMontreal

Sortilège Original Canadian Whisky & Maple Syrup Liqueur
Flavored Whiskey — Quebec, Canada
Reviewed October 21, 2022This is more like a liqueur than a Whisky. It is nicely sweet and not at all "burny". It is a fun combination of whisky and a truly Canadian icon. It is highly recommended that it is served over ice, a large cube/ball is probably the best way.25.5 CAD per Bottle
