Nice smoky maple smell, sharp sweet nose with warm buttery body and sugary maple crystal finish. Sweet warmth that libgers and initial sharpness gives way quickly to a subtle smooth perfect wintry flavor profile. Not overly sweet and thats something I’m sensitive to. Could be used expertly in cocktails but really enjoying it neat. Dash of water brings out the butterscotch flavor
