Not very different from easier to find sanaig expression as i recall, perhaps a touch sweeter

The peat from campeltown is a bit different from highland and very different from islay. As i said in prior note, not distinct enough to seek longrow out given it’s so hard to find in New Jersey. But my palette might change in the future and it campeltown minerality might be a very appealing alternative to highland and islay peat at that point

It has that springbank funk (minerality) with faded sherry notes. Meh

After oxidation, this is mediocre. Weak sherry notes and spirity. Could be stale though. I

After further oxidation, it’s ok. Tastes like glenmorangie 10’s orange notes mixed with minerals and mild peat. Overrated

Undrinkable shit, even worse than other Japanese whisky
