smell: mild with a little ethanol. taste: something different. liquorice? anise? not very sweet, maybe that’s just it. wood.

smell: sweet lemon wood fruit. taste: much wood. deep and dark. a little acidic? I might add a little sugar and drink warm? maybe it would remind me of mulled apple cider
