Tastes

Not terrible warm, a bit of peat mixed with quite a few unfamiliar, hard to place, flavors. Best taken following the brewer's instructions (straight from the freezer), but that shouldn't be taken as a compliment.

Rich flavor, with a bit of smoke and peat. Water is a critical tool to enjoyment. Make sure to add a little, really opens up the other flavors.

The first whisky where the scent of alcohol overpowers the flavors. Interestingly, this didn't impact the tasting. Which is delicious.
