Over-ripe pineapple mixed with molasses on the nose. Candied/dried pineapple on the palate, and much drier than expected. There is a grassiness on the finish, which is quite short. With an ice cube, the molasses turns to toffee, which more spice overall that was hidden at first. A little bit syrup-y

a very mild amount of fruitiness, a little bit of almond, I wouldn't say its sweet, but that's what the description says online.
