Oaky with medicinal notes and a good bit of cinnamon on the nose. Woody with cinnamon and ethanol heat on the palate that finishes with a mix of pepper and woody astringency. Evolves on the finish with light sweetness, cherry and vanilla.

Caramel sweetness up front with notes of vanilla and pepper give way to oaky, corn ethanol aroma. Light apple pie spice and caramel sweetness with vanilla undertones on the palate that evolves to peppery with an oaky wood astringency. Medium finish.
