A delicious dimension of Cinnabon and Cinnabon-adjacent flavors. Rye-like with a very spicy profile. Red Hots candy, cinnamon cake spirals, gingerbread, egg nog, blonde tobacco, white chocolate, biscotti, mild oak. Sneaky nose hides the proof well underneath the big spice, but the sip punches hard and fast. Subsides quickly and leaves a moderate burn. While not the most complex or nuanced bourbon, I really enjoy the flavors on display here. In this price bracket, it’s one of my favorites

Caramel red apples, nutmeg, orange zest, dill pickle, pinch of sawdust Refined sip - hides the booze well at first, but then a steady transition to a lengthy burn reveals the truth. Singular flavor profile; bold yet smooth. Without a doubt one of the best ryes at this price point
