I find myself continuing to come back to this. Has quickly turned into one of my favorites, just an explosion of flavor and impeccable mouthfeel.

Wonderfully sweet and spicy. The toast doesn’t mask the complex nature of the bourbon. Still hints of cherry and caramel.

Tons of cashew and vanilla. Good oak presence and phenomenal mouthfeel. Fairly mild for the proof, the nutty and earthy notes are wonderful throughout. Worth the pickup at MSRP

An absolute fruit bomb on the nose and throughout the palette. Has hints of spice throughout but the evolution of fruit stands out the most throughout. Decent mouthfeel for the lower proof. Must have if you can find at msrp.

Some sweet oak and wheat on the front of the palette, evolving to heavy sweetness and spice through the middle. Finishes with heavy oak and pepper. I feel this is a wildly overhated wheater, at $30 it’s absolutely worth a try.

Absolutely incredible pour. An extremely layered and complex nose with tons of citrus and dried fruit with caramel and leather notes. The taste really follows through with everything that appears on the nose and more. An incredible easy drinker for 126.6 proof, a ton of nuance and beautiful caramel flavors that develop. Absolute must have.

The nose is dominated by apple and hints of caramel. The taste is very apple forward with caramel and vanilla following and leaves you with hints of oak on the finish. The mouthfeel is very very good for a bourbon at 90 proof. A definite buy at MSRP, don’t pay $100 for this bottle though.

Very sweet and neutral on the pallete. Nose doesnt offer a ton other than general sweetness and wheat. The taste is dominated by wheat, heavy cream, and vanilla. A very barebones wheater that is hard to hate.

A very full pallate with tons of complexity. The proof allows the flavors to develop from a fruit forward start and finish with notes of caramel and vanilla. Excellent pour
