This whiskey falls short. Underaged, raw wood, the pieces of this puzzle don’t quite connect. Even though this is a new brand, I’m not convinced… first impressions linger …

I cracked bottle to celebrate the end of this damn pandemic…! Hope I wasn’t too hasty.. Smooth and rich as expected… not woody or overpowering. Definitely ripened red fruit, vanilla, cinnamon, subtle sweetness … We very much enjoyed this dram of 43 year old whiskey…amazing value.

Surprisingly complex and smooth.. Caramel and sweetness like honey or candied fruit. This was an unanticipated delight... I will buy this one again, or perhaps take a swing at the 35 yr old ...

This is a real bundle of joy.. smooth and clean. Like mixed berries and a stoogie.. on my second bottle ..

One of my favs, from nose to finish, aptly named gold edition. Clean, smooth, complex, caramel, dark fruit, molasses... worth the hefty price tag

Never disappointed with this pour.. can have it neat, on ice or in an Old Fashonned... warm, caramel, oak, classic corn sweetness... this is a staple whiskey ...

The price this is fine whiskey.. Lots of action, oak, maple sweetness and smooth finish.. loved it.

Definitely better regular CR, the hints of barrel aged notes gave red fruit and nutmeg... nothing spectacular.

Enjoyed. Chocolate cereal. Smooth and complex...
