Tastes

$11 at Walmart. Woody with some rye[?] spice and a little sweetness. That's it. Nothing more to see here. Nothing complex by any stretch of the imagination, but sippable nonetheless.

A little rye spice - good, but the rest of the bourbon notes are muted - like someone put a drop of water in my glass when I wasn't looking. Update: So I'm out and it's late and I want a whiskey, but I want something mellow and not too strong. This worked nicely. Sometimes it's timing and/or circumstance.

Good.

Leather, oak, burnt orange. Corn and butter. Spicy finish. Very enjoyable.

Ok I guess. Nothing special.

Not bad, but not for me. Had some complexity to keep it interesting enough. I taste a subtle hint of tobacco (not smoke) which is interesting, but not really a flavor I enjoyed.

What's not to love?

So, not sure if I tasted this or the 'malt', but anyway it tasted like an ashtray. I like smoky, but not Lucky Strikes.

Buttery/nutty, with just the right amount of herbal spice/mint. Nice oily mouthfeel. A good balanced combo of smooth and spicy.

Wonderful sweet flavor. Can't wait to get another bottle so I can do a better review.
