Reviewed April 26, 2021 (edited June 18, 2021)Colour: honey Aroma: sweet tobacco leaf, vanilla, rich dried fruit, butterscotch fudge Mouthfeel: soft oiliness, great length and very good balance. Slight heat at the tip of the tongue Taste: caramel, dried fig and raisins. Vanilla malt and slight oak Finish: soft, sweet finish that lingers nicely without overpowering. Overall: fantastic mouthfeel and taste that backs up the complex but accessible aroma. Add it to your top shelf to savour. -
Colour: Dark honey Aroma: strong cereal, light scent of honey and stewed fruit Mouthfeel and taste: stone ground rye is dominant on the palate. Slight heaviness on the tongue but not oily. Evidenced by good legs on the glass. Finish: rises up the back of the nose with toasty finish down the throat and into the chest. Lingering tingle on the lips. Late fruitiness appears afterwards

Reviewed December 17, 2020 (edited March 30, 2021)Colour: golden amber Nose: butterscotch, honey and orange Flavour: lightly smoked, peppery finish. Floral notes across the middle, so subtle that you need to be mindfully enjoying to find them. Hints of candied orange. Shape, weight, mouthfeel: well rounded across the tongue, light touch from front to back with warm linger at the back. Finish: late finish of caramel. Pleasant warmth on the top of the tongue. -

Blended Malt — Tasmania, Australia
Reviewed December 17, 2020 (edited March 25, 2023)Colour: light amber Aroma: Rum and Raisin, egg nog, light citrus, sweet sponge cake and spiced apple. Drop of water opens up to jersey caramel Mouthfeel: introduces itself on the point of the tongue and is very well rounded from there back. Light mouth feel with distinct sherry notes. Complex but so well balanced on the palate Finish: very smooth with pleasant lingering warmth at the back of throat.
