Spicy and smooth. A fantastic bourbon that has notes cinnamon, caramel, oak, and vanilla. Smooth from the first to last taste and warms going down. A slight bite that disappears as it goes down. Perfect sipper. Do not dilute

Potent. Whiskey with a bite. Hits the roof of your mouth but finished smooth. Not a lot of legs one the glass. Nice color for an 8 year bourbon. Nutty and caramel, a little sugar. Not a bad sipper but as an over proof bourbon I’d be careful

15 year bourbon. Huge vanilla notes. Feel the burn at the roof of the mouth. Long legs on the glass. deep amber color, looks like an aged bourbon but has hints of youth in the flavor. Smooth finish with oaky flavor and cherry

Rich color. The taste of an over proof bourbon doesn’t escape it. Smooth on the front end with a burn down the back. Sweet nose that doesn’t burn. Definitely a mature bourbon. It should get a lot more credit than it does. Sips better with each drink. Tastes like apple pie and Christmas

Smells sweet and finishes with a slight burn on the nose, you can tell it’s a mix between aged and youthful bourbons with a heavy corn mashbill. The color is a rich amber and it rolls around the glass real smooth with long legs, just thick enough to show its sweetness. First taste is smooth, and sweet with a small bite for a finish that is real easy. You can definitely feel it on the front of the tongue and lips but it’s got a good caramel finish. Tastes like walnuts, apples, oak and almost a slight honey sweetness. Definitely one I enjoy, especially since I have the #3 too

Tastes like a young bourbon, a tingling on the tongue at the first taste, mellows out at the back of the mouth, and warmth down the throat. A light golden color with an amber bottom. It’s as if Kentucky Owl had a younger brother

Hints of sherry sweetness, cherries and wood. Whiskey bite but mellows out on your tongue. Smooth and undeniably Japanese whiskey

Smooth and an easy drink. A bite with a smooth finish. Heat with a caramel wash in the back and makes you want to drink more for the next sip. Definitely don’t mix. Sip slow and enjoy
