Reviewed January 1, 2021 (edited April 22, 2021)Tasting neat: Nose is full of vanilla cream and butterscotch, wood spice and dark fruits. Palate pairs delicious spice notes with deep caramel and even more vanilla. Finish is long and rich with no heat. -

Reviewed January 1, 2021 (edited April 22, 2021)Tasting neat: Nose is almost nonexistent. Palate is smooth and rich, a nice blend of caramel and vanilla and slight wood. Finishes with a bit of a alcohol bite. -

Reviewed December 29, 2020 (edited April 22, 2021)Tasting neat: Nose is subtle containing vanilla, plum, and slight wood heat. Palate offers sweet corn and caramel, with more vanilla and raisin. Finishes is light but long, with a pleasant caramel burn. -

Reviewed December 19, 2020 (edited February 15, 2021)Tasting neat: Slightly hot on the nose with dark wine notes, honey, pear, butterscotch, and citrus zest and the slightest smoke. Taste is jampacked with caramel and vanilla and wood smoke. Finishes is quick yet full, with lingering wood and some salinity.
