Heavy vanilla, caramel, slight oak on the palate. For the proof being in the 120’s, I thought it was extremely smooth. Definitely enjoying this batch.

Heavy fruit on the nose, palate. (A bit to much fruit, cherries, for me) Would say for me it’s a average bourbon at the moment. Will let it breath for a bit and come back and revisit to see if it changes the profile a bit.

I enjoy this as a daily drinker. Not anything that’s going wow you, but for the price I keep one in the shelf Mostly spice and oak on the nose, and that follows through on the palate and finish.

This isn’t anything that’s going to WOW you, but it is a great daily drinker and at $28 I’m in! Nice vanilla, caramel, and a light spice at the end.

Barrel- #4514 Wasn’t necessarily as fan when I first opened, but came back after a month and revisited and completely changed my experience. Heavy vanilla, caramel, mild oak, spice, with a light hug at the end. Definitely enjoying the last few pours.

Act 6, scene 3 Cherries, dark fruits, and slight spice on the end. Love having a couple pours on a nice, cold night around the holidays.
