Copperworks Distilling Co. soft reopened on May 20, 2021. They begin with great brewing. Their previous adventures saw them make rich, flavorful craft brews, after which they asked themselves: What more could they do with barley? Make whiskey of course! Because the first step to making exceptional whiskey is exceptional brewing. They are now exploring new worlds of possibilities in batch-style releases of American Single Malt Whiskey beginning with rain water!! Their whiskeys are twice distilled in hand-hammered Scottish stills specifically designed for whiskey. Each release is unique; each a new discovery. Distilled from 100% malted barley. I personally purchased Release No’s 34 & 35. Just tasted the 34 & I am beginning my quest for earlier releases! Bravo!

A Nice Barrel Proof reasonably priced Bourbon

This Bourbon is a reasonably priced example of a small batch which satisfies the pallet, and finishes well.
