Great mouthfeel leads to the oak, followed by soft vanilla and ends very smoothly. Very delicate Bourbon that I will enjoy and will be using as an adjunct to the stout I just brewed. Nose is very brown sugar and vanilla.

Really clean subtle nose. Feels creamy and delicious on the tongue. Definitely on the sweeter side with Carmel notes and fruit predominate, while the banana is so subtle. Finishes big with a fair amount of heat and lots of oak. Really drinkable.
