REALLY GOOD FLAVORS IN THIS RYE! On our tour of Journeyman we tasted the 2 year 15 gallon barrel aged, 2 year 30 gallon barrel aged, and 9 year/153 proof versions as well as the final 90 proof (bottle proof) sample. Lots of sweet banana notes. Fantastic!

Had at Goose Island Bar at O’Hare with McKinley on the way to Florida for my 30th bday. Really liked the rye flavor. Would want to taste test again

Oily and spicy with vanilla, but NOT SALTY! Bought at Martin’s at Heritage Square. Barrled no. 20-04

Unique - very clean, light, airy, and refreshing on ice! Goes down very smooth

A step up from Jim Beam - spicier and home-bodied

I like this the best of the Irish whiskeys! Almost sweet - like it wants to be really sweet. Lots of barley

Strange flavor, not my favorite. $8.49 for small bottle at Meijer on Bremen hwy south of Mishawaka. And I’m glad I only got a small bottle
