Hahahaha I love reading the pretentious notes from the master review. I don’t know about candied anything, or fruitcake, but this is my go to scotch. The nose is sweet, I’ll give it that, but it’s more like scotch and butterscotch lol. The taste is not overly complex and there is very little burn. This scotch is easy to drink and should be heralded by anyone who can appreciate scotch without peat.

Smoothest scotch I have ever drank. Just a beautiful scotch. Nose, palate, and finish are all pleasant, sweet and mild. Perfect scotch for anyone new to scotch. Zero peat moss in this one. This is how scotch should taste.

Nose is pleasant and oaky. Taste isn’t as smooth as one would think. No true notes other than oak. I enjoy a sweeter scotch though. This isn’t bad, just no real character.

Super sweet on the nose. Initially notes of brown sugar, and bananas. Those notes carry through to the end. Taste is smooth and matches the notes. Very easy to drink. This is as smooth as my go to 18 year old scotch. Will def continue to purchase.
