On the nose a young bourbon … oaky sweet cheery … at first taste the smokey oak is strong but tempers to a sweet carmel … finish with a carmel cherry cinnamon .. very nice neat … i enjoyed this Chicago bourbon … even if it is from the Ohio bourbon aging fields …

This is a great one!! Dark and rich … lots of cereal on the nose … some vanilla … nice sweet balance … cherry vanilla cinnamon to taste … great finish!! Wish I could get a bottle … $115 a shot … fun but pricy!

After having the george t stagg i wasnt sure what to expect …. Vanilla carmel to the nose …. Some oak … strong buffalo trace vanilla and carmel … nice and rich!! Ends with a big licorice bang!! I prefer the george t stagg but it was great!

This was a great surprise! Smooth vanilla and cherry to the nose … smooth carmel and buffalo trace vanilla to taste … great build … ended sharp and bright!!

Classic old school scotch … Light wood smoke on the nose … strong smokey rose hip taste .. long lingering cinnamon caramel finish … my grand parents loved this scotch …
