    Starts off nicely with peat and smoke, but the aftertaste is heavy on tobacco, leather and pepper. Not my style. Seeing as the 10-year is priced around the same, I’d always go for that in stead. Much more well-rounded in my opinion

    Love this one. The taste of licorice (anise maybe?) is quite strong, but not unpleasant in any way. Immediately recognizable in the glass by the way the drink turns slightly milky when adding tonic

    A nice bottle that has a very distinct flavor profile. The taste of olives is quite prominent, which allows for some interesting pairings. For someone like me, however, who is generally not too fond of olives, it’s just a tad much
