Oily mouth feel and dry finish. Woodsy taste with almond. Spiced vanilla smell. Needs water to tone down the heat.

This is special. The reserve for special occasions. PERFECT BALANCE Smells like bacon. Taste spicy and sweet. Huge smokey peat. Scallops in the finish. Long finish

Stone dry and mineral taste. Not very sweet. A bit sour but not citrusy. Grassy green smell but no peat. Light smoke. Smooth oily mouth feel. Thumbs up. Like to pair with medium bodied cigar

Pea nutty on first taste. Needs a very small amount of water. Sweet with chocolate. Goes great with a Padron--the smoke matches well. Add another star if having a dram with a smoke.

Smells like campfire, bacon bits, and sharpie. Slightly oily. Smoother than ardbeg. Smoky but not overwhelming. Lots of flavored to check out. Peat? Chocolate vanilla cinnamon. Have to figure out the right balance of water to open up flavors
