Very interesting for a 101 proof offering. Almost no burn unless you really chew it and then it has a long finish. Quite a good as bourbon at this price point. I dont ever seem to be disappointed with Willett bourbons.

Quite tasty. I think it's a step up from EC Toasted honestly and not much more expensive.

Batch 1 Bottle 202 of 293 Color: deep amber Nose: Very sweet with hints of ethanol Palate: Sweet caramel with some brandy-like grape must Finish: Medium with very little hug. Quite smooth for the proof Quite pleased with this one especially for a local grain-to-glass distillery.

I like regular EC SmB better. Nowhere near as hot and spicy as the reviews say, although it will leave your gums a little tingly after chewing it. Flavor is missing a lot of the sweet caramel notes in the regular.

Total Wine & More store pick (117 pf). Honestly a little disappointed with this one. Quite spicy.

I've had my eye on this for a while due to the reviews. When I saw it on sale for 30% off At Binny's I had to jump on it. Let's start off with the fact that I am a rye fan so if you don't like rye, you might want to fi d another review. Nose - definitely can smell the port I fluency and some ethanol. Burns a little. Palate - Finish - short and very low burn. You might almost cal this smooth for 94 pf whiskey. A little burn and rye spice on the tongue after it all.goes down.
